Near and Far is the sequel to Above and Below, the village building game of adventure. Now you are traveling distant lands, gathering food and fighting off robots while trying to find your heart’s true desire.
Legends say the Last Ruin contains great treasures that can grant one’s deepest desire… should you be able to overcome your journey. Great distances, terrible monsters, or just plain old greed can stop you from reaching your final destination.
With a campaign of ten playable scenarios, each on its own unique board and entry in the adventure book, Near and Far looks like it will be just as enchanting and beautiful as all of Ryan’s previous games.

Speaking of Agricola.
Agricola’s just released a set of miniatures expansions available in all the different player colors. Apart from the figures, players will also receive some occupation cards unique to each expansion, so there’s definitely a ‘collect ’em all!’ style deal – although Agricola’s got so many cards already that it’s really difficult to imagine someone owning them all.
If you’re interested in blinging out your copy of Agricola, this is definitely a way to go.
